 7PeaksFitness Fitness Camp Description
Each 7 Peaks Fitness session lasts for 4 weeks, class lasts for 1 hour, and is available 3, 4 or 5 days a week. Each day is a different workout and is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to:
- tone and strengthen the body
- increase cardiovascular fitness
- leave the mind and body feeling refreshed and invigorated
During a session with 7 Peaks Fitness one can expect to engage in a combination of:
- calisthenics (exercises performed without weights or equipment)
- resistance training
- jump roping
- core strengthening
- obstacle courses
- sports drills
- cardio training (running, sprinting, hill and stair climbing)
- agility (balance and coordination)
- partner drills
- yoga
- stretching
And the best part...all this takes place in the outdoor beauty around Bend, Oregon!
