Q: Where are the camps?
A: Farewell Bend Park.
Q: What time are the camps?
A: Time: 6:30AM-7:30AM Monday-Friday & 9:00-10:00AM Monday-Thursday

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: A set of hand held weights (3-10lbs), a yoga mat, water, and a good pair of running shoes.
Q: What if I'm out of shape?
A: Not a problem! Every exercise will include a modification including a high-impact and low-impact option.
Q: What if I can't commit to a full session?
